Launching in 2024, Trails Early Education’s mission is to set in motion a life-long love of learning and adventure for under 5s.
Nurturing little lives with learning and life-skills, so they’re not just “School Ready” but “Life Ready”. All made possible by a 7 Pathways Curriculum that combines ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, delivered through storytelling and play.
BRAND NAME & POSITIONING
Working closely with the founders, The One Centre created Trails’ total brand experience – name, positioning, identity, collateral, environmental design as well as the go-to-market strategy and materials.
Trails’ name was born from the desire to create a learning model that combines the ancient art of storytelling with play. Research shows facts are 20 times more likely to be remembered if they’re part of a story.
Stories turn learning into adventure and play. Firing up millions of neurons in little ones’ brains, creating pathways that peak curiosity, ignite imaginations and stimulate discovery.

BRAND IDENTITY
Trails’ brand identity takes inspiration from early childhood walks in nature. The connections made experiencing the wonder around us.
Through the use of primitive forms we depict a child’s first view of the world. The bold and natural shapes found in nature, food, tales, music and play.
Our design language has a paper-cut-out look, and feels childlike. The logotype has stencilled characters and draws inspiration from traditional way-finding on bush-walks and nature trails.
The colour palette is derived from the natural hues of Australia. And materials palette is earthy, natural, raw and sustainable.
