Introduction

Hamptons House is a furniture and homewares concept created by The One Centre. Positioned as ‘The United Unexpected’, the store and interiors service creates unique lifestyle environments that combine classic coastal luxury with an eclectic edge. The One Centre created the brand and total customer experience, from flagship store, to collateral and packaging, online shop, loyalty program, in-store and online comms and content marketing platforms.

Brand Idea & Identity

Hamptons House celebrates the ‘divine union in the unexpected’. The identity is classic and sophisticated yet marries playfully with a fantastical illustration of summer in the Hamptons. The key symbolises unlocking new experiences.

Store Design

The One Centre created Hamptons House flagship store design. The idea is it feels like a ‘house’ with the collection merchandised in engaging room sets. The strategy showcases both products and interior design possibilities.

Packaging & Collateral

Buying something from Hamptons House is a wonderful, inspiring and personal experience. Collateral is defined by detail, quality and storytelling. From gold foiled bags and stickers, to illustrated gift cards, gold-gilded ribbon and hand-written receipts and swing tags, you feel special.

Online Shop

The One Centre created the Hamptons House online shop using a Shopify e-commerce platform. The shop showcases products and artworks from across the collection and promotes the styling and interior design services.

Loyalty Program

At the centre of Hamptons House is Club House, an exclusive member engagement and activation program offering high value customers special discounts, styling services, events and hospitality. Designed by The One Centre, Club House acts as a unique social platform and loyalty program.

Social Content Marketing

From Launch The One Centre has created and curated Hamptons House’s social content marketing strategy on Instagram and Facebook. Each platform shares inspiring editorial-style architecture, interiors and lifestyle content while seamlessly integrating HH’s own product, sale and event promos.
